These terms govern your use of bevsanconsulting.com (the "Site") and any preliminary inquiry you submit through it. Engagement-level contracts — once executed — supersede these terms with respect to the specific work performed.
By accessing the Site, submitting an intake form, or otherwise communicating with Bevsan Consulting LLC ("Bevsan") through this Site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational and intake surface. Content describing our capabilities, products, methodologies, and engagement options is provided for general orientation. It is not an offer, a proposal, or a binding commitment. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a written engagement letter signed by an authorized Bevsan principal.
Nothing on the Site or in informal pre-engagement correspondence constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Information shared before engagement should not be relied upon as such. If you require advice on a specific matter, engage the firm formally or consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Bevsan provides advisory services. Bevsan is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or placement agent. Where transaction execution is required, such execution is conducted through independent licensed broker partners under separate engagement, disclosed to the client in writing in advance.
References to specific transaction types, counterparties, geographies, or capital pools describe scope, not guaranteed outcomes. Past mandates, projections, and ROI illustrations are not promises of future results.
Vesper is an independent analysis platform that produces a sale-window recommendation based on the six-dimension methodology. Vesper does not sell the business, broker the transaction, or guarantee a particular outcome. The Vesper recommendation is the analytical work product the client commissions; the client retains full authority over any subsequent decision.
All content on the Site — text, design, code, images, methodologies, and graphics — is the property of Bevsan Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit the Site or any portion of it without prior written permission.
Engagement deliverables remain owned by the client at handoff, subject to the terms of the specific engagement letter. Bevsan retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying learnings to improve methodology.
Information you submit through intake forms or other inquiry channels is treated as confidential and used solely to evaluate fit and respond to your inquiry. Once a formal engagement is executed, mutual confidentiality obligations are governed by the engagement letter.
If you submit a manuscript, project concept, business document, or other material to Bevsan through the Site, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. You retain ownership of your submission. You grant Bevsan a limited, non-exclusive license to review the submission solely for the purpose of evaluating fit and responding to your inquiry.
The Site relies on third-party services for hosting, form processing, and email delivery (including Netlify and our email provider). Their availability and uptime are subject to their own terms. Outages of these services may interrupt Site functionality.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all attacks, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bevsan Consulting LLC, its principals, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the Site or pre-engagement inquiry communications. This limitation does not apply to obligations arising under an executed engagement letter, which are governed by that letter.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bevsan Consulting LLC, its principals, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page with the most recent effective date governs your use. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
