Meet Bevon

From Kingston to the deal table.

I was born in Jamaica and built my career between the Caribbean and the United States. Before advisory work I was a founder myself, so I know what it feels like to build something from nothing and to worry about payroll. That experience shapes how I treat the owners I work with now.

Along the way I trained at Singularity University at NASA Ames on a full Google scholarship and completed one of the most selective venture capital programs in the country. Today I run Bevsan Consulting, where my team and I advise owner-led companies on growth, capital raises, and exits.

Most owners only hear from people who get paid when the deal closes. Vesper is a fixed-fee written report that looks at your goals, your numbers, and your market, and tells you plainly whether now is a good time to sell. One of its five possible recommendations is "don't sell yet." We charge the same fee either way.

Mostly owner-led companies, from small businesses up through the lower middle market. On the M&A side that has ranged from main-street businesses to companies with enterprise values in the tens of millions. If your company is outside what we can serve well, we'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.
Both, depending on the deal. On some mandates we run the full process, from valuation and buyer outreach through negotiation and closing. On others we advise alongside your existing broker, attorney, or CPA. The first conversation is about figuring out which setup fits your situation.
It starts with how you get clients and what your competitors are doing. From there we recommend specific tools, automations, and strategies, and we build the ones you approve. That can include a new website, sales pages, automated call handling, and AI workflow reviews. The details are on the Consulting page.
Vesper is a fixed-fee report for owners who are thinking about selling but aren't sure it's the right time. We review your goals, financials, and market and give you one written recommendation. Because the fee is fixed, we have no incentive to tell you to sell. It has its own site here.
It depends on the work. Vesper and the AI audits are fixed-fee and productized. M&A and capital-raising mandates are scoped after a diagnostic call, since deal size and structure vary a lot. We put fees in writing before any engagement starts.
