BEVSAN CONSULTING

The firm

How an engagement runs

Five stages, one point of contact, and a scope agreed in writing before the first hour is billed.

Method

The sequence is the same in all three practices

A sale, a repositioning, and a systems build look like different projects from the outside. They run on the same sequence: establish where the company stands, agree what is being done, do it, and hand over something the company can carry on its own.

What changes between them is the deliverable at the end. What stays the same is that you know the plan before the work starts and you know who is doing it.

01

First conversation

Thirty to forty-five minutes on the decision, the timeline, and the constraints around it. Confidential, and it carries no fee.

02

Written scope

Deliverables, sequence, who does the work, and the fee basis, agreed in writing before anything begins.

03

Diagnostic

Establishing where the company actually stands: the earnings picture, the pricing and positioning behind it, and the systems carrying both.

04

Execution

The work itself, run to the sequence in the scope, with a standing point of contact and a fixed reporting rhythm.

05

Handover

Documentation, the decisions taken and why, and what the company needs to hold on to after the engagement closes.

Empty boardroom with a long table and city view

Engagements are run from one file, with one point of contact.

Commitments

What holds in every engagement

The person you meet does the work. There is no team you are introduced to and then never see again.

Scope is fixed in writing before work begins. You know the deliverables, the sequence, and the fee basis in advance.

We will tell you when the answer is to wait. Some companies are worth materially more in two years. The first work in any engagement is establishing which situation you are in.

Sector experience

Industries we have worked across

Engagements have run across a range of established industries. The common ground between them is the nature of the work: earnings that have to hold up under scrutiny, pricing and positioning that have to be defensible, and systems that have to support both.

Manufacturing and industrial products

Owner-managed producers, contract manufacturers, and industrial suppliers.

Cybersecurity and IT services

Managed service providers and security firms with recurring revenue to defend.

Life sciences

Suppliers, service providers, and specialist practices serving regulated buyers.

Logistics and distribution

Freight, warehousing, and distribution businesses with route or contract density.

Construction and building services

Trade contractors and building services firms with backlog and bonding to explain.

Business and professional services

Firms whose value sits in client relationships, contracts, and delivery capacity.

Client names, deal terms, and engagement details stay confidential during an engagement and after it ends. We discuss sector context in general terms and keep identifying detail out of it. Anything you send us is treated the same way from the first conversation.

Next step

Start with the first conversation

Send an outline of the decision in front of you. We will tell you where you stand and what a process would involve, before you commit to anything.
